With an annual forging capacity of 30,000 t, it specializes in the production of step shafts, gears, flanges, short cylinders, rings, mould & die steel, etc, which are mainly applied in such industries as harbor machinery, offshore platform, mining machinery, chemical machinery, rail transit, petroleum machinery, electric power, metallurgical machinery, etc. |

50多套鍛造、主要配套和檢測設備：電液錘5t橋式、3t單臂、3t雙臂、1t雙臂，各1臺；空氣錘750kg、1t各2臺；加熱及熱處理設備：(德國)自動程控天然氣加熱爐7套、(德國)自動程控天然氣臺車爐3套、電爐2套；主要檢測設備：直讀光譜儀(德國OBLF)、金相顯微鏡(德國卡爾蔡司)、微機控沖擊試驗機(最低-60℃)、電液伺服萬能試驗機(拉伸)、端淬試驗機等。 More than 50 sets of forging equipments, main ancillary equipments and test equipments: one 5t bridge-type electro hydraulic forging hammer, one 3t single-arm electro hydraulic forging hammer, one 3t double-arm electro hydraulic forging hammer; one 1t double-arm electro hydraulic forging hammer; two 750kg air hammers, two 1 t air hammers; heating and heat treatment equipments: 7 sets of (German) automatic program control natural gas heaters, 3 sets of (German) automatic program control natural gas heat treatment furnaces, 2 sets of electric furnaces; main test equipments: direct-reading spectrometer (German OBLF), metallographic microscope (German ZEISS), microcomputer controlled impact tester (minimum temperature is -60℃), electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine (tensile), end quenching tester, etc. |
